Taking a trip to the local pub, END. and adidas celebrate 'Grass Roots' football with their latest collaboration.
To capture the essence if the Pub, we looked at different social circles that connect to the Pub. With Adidas we wanted to cover the culture of sport in that space and did this through adding elements to the Firebird track-set. Nodding to amateur teams and how they will embroidery there logos and names on to garments and link up at the pub after matches.
For this part of the capsule we debuted a five-piece capsule that reworks iconic pieces from the Nottingham-based brand’s offering, reworked with bespoke prints and details. Drawing inspiration for different element of the pub, such as the bomber and gilet recolouring Universal Works iconic mohair pattern to look like pub carpets. The jacket cover other angles like the Parka bootlegging bar taps and coasters and the worker jacket nodding toward the beer keg.
